Supplier identification & shortlisting
Identify potential manufacturers for the product and process required. Clarify the supplier’s role, in-house capabilities and suitability before progressing.
Finding a factory is one decision in a much longer chain. EPIC helps you identify, qualify and work with Chinese manufacturers while keeping the technical brief, commercial terms, production and delivery requirements connected.

A quotation can look competitive while leaving important questions unanswered. We review what is included, what the supplier understands and which conditions affect the project. Sourcing then becomes a documented purchasing decision supported by technical and commercial context.
