Shanghai, China · Working with international companiesEngineering thinking. Practical delivery.
Our approach

One project.
Connected decisions.

Supplier selection, development, production and shipment affect each other. We define the work around your starting point and keep those connections visible as the project progresses.

Define the project

We review the product, available drawings or samples, quantities, quality expectations and delivery constraints. The first task is to identify what is already clear and what needs a decision.

Working output: A written brief, a defined scope and responsibilities.

Source & qualify

We identify potential manufacturers, coordinate technical questions and compare proposals. Qualification work examines the capabilities and evidence relevant to your purchasing decision.

Working output: A supplier comparison, open questions and a reasoned next step.

Develop & agree

With the selected supplier, we coordinate samples, technical adjustments and specification clarifications. Commercial and production assumptions are brought into the approval process.

Working output: Documented revisions, approvals and agreed order requirements.

Manage & check

We follow production milestones, coordinate quality checks and track open issues. Deviations become a practical discussion about evidence, corrective options and the next decision.

Working output: A current progress view and a record of actions.

Prepare & hand over

We follow completion and packing readiness, review the agreed documents and coordinate with logistics partners. The handover identifies what is complete and any remaining point requiring attention.

Working output: An organised shipment handover with responsibilities made clear.
The working agreement

Start with a scope
you can review.

A useful proposal explains what EPIC will do, what your team will approve and which other parties are involved.

  • Project requirements and information available
  • Services, deliverables and boundaries of the mission
  • Client approvals and supplier responsibilities
  • Milestones, reporting and handover points
  • Fees and any third-party costs to be agreed
